Double Window Type Sight Glass & Drip Tube Type Double Window Sight Flow Indicator is a simple assembly of two glasses on single cast or fabricated body at two opposite size, on average body looks like a cross and it has two side flanges as per customer requested international standard dimensions and another two side installation of toughened or tampered borosilicate glasses. As the body have two sides inspections view arrangements by the help of glass window so it is called as Double (Dual) Window Type Sight Glass Flow Indicator. Sometimes customer also request for single window design sight glass assembly to suit their process requirements. Use of these types of flow indicator is for spot inspection and view of process parameter.

By the use of very few parts total assembly of double window type sight flow indicator complete.  On main part Sight Glass Body, round tempered glass with both side gaskets packing and cover tightening by standard hex bolts and nuts. Gaskets perform as like cushion for borosilicate round toughened glass and help to prevent leakages from joint of transparent glass, cover & body assembly. Sight Glass body end connection also can be Threaded End (BSP/NPT) or Welded End. Sight Glass body length provide as per DIN EN 558-1 Standard.

Depend on process media, its working temperature and working pressure thickness of glass select and selection of the glass is base on DIN 7080 International Standard.
